1. Shipping Coverage
We ship nationwide across the Philippines through accredited couriers.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
- 2-3 business days for Metro Manila
- 5-10 business days for provincial orders
Processing excludes weekends and holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Luzon: 3–5 business days
- Visayas: 5–7 business days
- Mindanao: 7–10 business days
Delays may occur due to weather, peak seasons, or courier limitations.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fee is automatically calculated at checkout, unless otherwise stated during promotions.
5. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
6. Failed Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Unreachable contact number
- Refusal to receive
The customer must shoulder reshipment costs.
7. Loss or Damage During Transit
Risk transfers to customer upon receipt. For lost or damaged shipments, we assist in filing claims with the courier.
