REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At EzyDog Philippines, we want you and your pets to be delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item is incomplete
  • The size does not fit your pet (for collars, harnesses, etc.)

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos of the item (for quality review)

2. Conditions for Return

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with tags, labels, and accessories
  • Clean and free from pet fur, odors, or damage

Items that do NOT qualify:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used pet products for hygiene reasons
  • Chew toys that have been opened unless defective
  • Litter items once packaging is opened

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If the defect is confirmed, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same item
  • Exchange for another item of equal value
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

4. Refund Method

Refunds (if approved) will be issued via:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • Digital wallet

Processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Exchange for Size

We allow one-time size exchange provided the item is unused and in resalable condition.

Shipping costs:

  • Customer shoulders shipping TO us
  • We shoulder shipping BACK to the customer (one-time only)

  • Item/s for return
  • Reason
  • Photos/videos

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
